Job Description

Job Description:

– Research the company's products to introduce, advise and answer questions for customers.

- Develop new customers through the internet, relationships, etc. (The main target customers are individuals, shops selling mainly on social networks or e-commerce platforms)

- Negotiate with customers about price, contract, and close the deal

– After-sales customer care, maintaining relationships with current customers and re-ordering customers

- Interact with other departments (planning, accounting, production,...) to make work smoother.

- Participate in handling complaints arising during the sales process: delayed delivery, bad debt collection, wrong goods, not receiving goods....

- Make monthly, quarterly and yearly work reports

- Perform additional tasks assigned by Management.

Request:

- College or university degree in business administration, economics, marketing is an advantage

- At least 01 year of experience in online sales, B2C sales

- Priority given to those with experience in the field of Carton packaging

- Female, good sales and communication skills

Interest:

- Income: 9,000,000 - 11,000,000 (Negotiable based on ability)
