Job Description

- Support sales manager/sales manager in customer care (doctors at large hospitals)
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Answer customer questions about products/services/promotions. Ensure information is provided accurately and clearly to customers.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Receive and coordinate with relevant Departments/Departments to resolve customer feedback and complaints via email, phone and social media.
