JOB DUTIES
Products and business objects:
- Business products: JUHUAN silicone sealant is imported and distributed exclusively and has a brand name in the Vietnamese market;
- Customers: shaped aluminum and glass agents, hardware stores, aluminum and glass factories, customers with glue needs,...
Market expansion:
- Handling customer information, developing dealer and distributor networks;
- Taking care of customers based on old data and offering new agents, expanding the market according to audience analysis;
- Build good relationships with potential customers;
- Implement solutions and coordinate with departments within the company to complete work and support partners and customers;
- Prepare and implement plans to increase sales, manage and plan debt collection.
Negotiate and establish customer relationships:
- Negotiate and negotiate on prices and contracts. Promote the closing process and support customers during the signing process;
- Customer care before, during, and after signing, collecting customer and market feedback.
Candidate requirements
Academic level:
- Graduating from college or higher;
Age:
- Men and Women under 30 years old;
- At least 1 year of experience in the SALES industry, priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of construction materials and related fields,...
Skill:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Hardworking, honest, good health, able to withstand work pressure;
- Negotiation and bargaining skills are a plus;
- Grasp customer needs to provide reasonable solutions.
Right
- Fixed salary: from 8-10 million/month + %Sales + Allowances + Bonus (discussed specifically during interview), income up to 25 million
- Probation period: 1-2 months (depending on ability);
- Sign an official labor contract immediately after completing the probationary period;

From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (from Monday to Saturday morning), lunch break from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
