RECRUITMENT 2 BUSINESS PERSONS
Job Description:
- Search and develop potential customers, go to the market to work with Agents, Distributors
- Make a business plan for the product
- Advising and persuading customers to buy products
- Closing and finalizing purchase and sale contracts with customers, working with customers on issues related to goods, policies, orders, ...
- Customer care before and after the sale
- Follow up the contract liquidation process.
- Collaborate with Marketing department to plan and program incentives to attract customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and value.
- Make periodical work reports as required by superiors.
-Participate in meetings with departments, report feedback from guests to have effective solutions to handle and overcome.
- Perform other duties as requested by superiors
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Mobility at work
- Hardworking and diligent, able to withstand pressure at work
- Having been trained in business administration courses... is an advantage
- Have a desire to stick with the company for a long time
+ Benefits:
- Salary from 12-15 million VND
- Bonus % commission from expanding many customer partners
- Get to rest on Sunday (If any work arises, it still has to be handled)
