I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search for potential customers of the Company;
- Caring for and answering customer questions;
- Plan market survey & development;
- Going to the market (or working in the province, 100% support for per diem and other benefits);
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
II. RIGHT
- Probationary income = 100% (LCB + gas station + phone bill);
- Official income = LCB + Gasoline fee + Phone PC + Annual performance bonus + Commission based on sales;
- Basic salary: lowest from 7,000,000 VND/month (for no experience);
- Gasoline allowance: per km (1km = 1,000 VND) ;
- Phone allowance: 200,000 VND/month;
- Annual performance bonus (based on monthly sales);
- Commission based on sales (identified customer data) -> Dso is increasing;
- Fully participate in social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance;
- Review salary increases periodically every year based on sales (March & September), no more than 2 steps/increase;
- Teambuilding program, Year End Party... and other internal activities;
- Friendly, dynamic, youthful working environment.
III. WORK TIME & LOCATION
- Time: 08:00 - 17:00 (from Monday to Saturday);
- HCM address: 324/1 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 14, District 10, City. HCM or
- Hanoi location: No. 90A Dang Tien Dong, Trung Liet Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi.
IV. REQUEST
- Qualification: Graduated from college/university or higher, preferably graduated from Business Administration, Economics,...;
- Male/Female age: 21 - 28 years old;
- No experience required (training will be provided);
- Good communication, sensitive, flexible in handling work situations;
- Ability to organize and work under pressure;
- Priority: experience in market development in all B2B sales industries.
