    Job Description

    A/ Job description:

    - Survey and collect information on the INDUSTRIAL DISHWASHER market, including consumer trends, competitors and customer needs.

    - Research and analyze market information to identify potential business opportunities and develop appropriate business plans.

    - Search and approach potential customers in the area of responsibility, thereby expanding the customer network and developing the market.

    - Directly meet customers to introduce and advise on the company's products/services, and persuade customers to choose the product.

    - Maintain customer relationships through after-sales service and support, while strengthening customer satisfaction with the company's products/services.

    - Participate in implementing sales promotion activities such as advertising, promotions, building points of sale, organizing sales events, etc.

    - Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop appropriate marketing strategies.

    - Negotiate quotes and contracts according to hierarchy; Draft quotes/contracts;

    - Track contracts, goods, delivery progress to work with customers

    - Issue sales orders, request sales invoices and send them to the accounting department.

    - Monitor and be responsible for debt collection

    - Customer care, resolve customer complaints according to hierarchy;

    - Responsible for personal sales to the department head;

    - Receive warranty and repair information from customers and transfer to the Service department for processing.

    - Update information about promotions, price changes, model changes for customers

    - Perform other tasks as required by the department head and Board of Directors.
