*Job description
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for each customer to increase revenue and profit for the business. Need to focus on goals, actively seek and build relationships with potential customers.
* Main jobs
- Introduce and consult customers to use products/services of the business
- Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners in many fields (directly or indirectly)
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability
- Report to management levels on customer needs, problems and concerns; competitor's activities and potential in product/service business development
*Job requirements
- Good attitude
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- Experience as Sales Executive or related positions
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
- Ability to self-motivate, set specific goals and focus on achieving them
- Proficient in sales, communication and negotiation skills to a wide range of audiences
- Proficient in work organization and time management skills
- Proficient in relationship management skills
