    Job Description

    Work content:
    • Manage and develop online sales channels for phone SIM products.
    • Interact with customers through online channels such as email, online chat to advise and support purchases.
    • Process orders, deliver goods and resolve problems arising from customers.
    • Basic salary 5 million VND/month

    Request:
    • Have experience working in the field of online sales, preferably in the mobile phone or phone SIM industry.
    • Understanding of online sales channels such as Facebook, Tiktokshop, and the ability to optimize sales performance on these platforms.
    • Good communication and persuasion skills, ability to work independently and work towards goals.
    • Knowledge of order management and handling customer situations.
    • Have a laptop and be proficient in using computer tools and social networks.
