Job Description

WORK CONTENT

Work place: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh working province area
Job summary: Consulting services and preparing documents for Shb Finance consumer loans.
Ensure sales meet requirements according to set goals:
Complete minimum daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly targets according to the Company's minimum requirements from time to time.
Support consulting and guiding customers to complete documents on consumer financial products, and provide the best service to customers.
.Search for new customers, proactively contact customers to advertise and carry out sales promotion activities.
Make calls and distribute product introduction leaflets.
Debt management and handling of problems arising after disbursement:
Coordinate with departments to resolve customer complaints quickly.
Responsible for risks arising in signed contracts.
Monitor debt reports, synthesize daily performance reports of individuals for Regional Sales Manager.
Seriously implement the lending process according to Company regulations.

REQUEST

Education level: High school graduate or higher.
Work experience: 6 months or more experience preferred
Knowledge: Have basic knowledge in the field of Finance and Banking.
Skills: Teamwork, Communication, customer consulting, basic office information technology
Working qualities/attitude: Dynamic, responsible, hardworking, Professional working attitude, Good moral character
