JOB DETAILS
- Manage existing customer files to ensure continuous growth.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop new customer files.
- Support customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, customer issues or feedback
- Monitor customers' overdue payments.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Understand customer and competitor needs to develop strategies to win sales.
- Work in groups to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts to ensure continuous growth.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop new accounts.
- Support customers' inquiries, purchase orders, deliveries, issues, or feedback
- Follow up on customer's payment overdue.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Understand customers' need and competitors to develop a strategy to win sales.
- Collaborate as a team to achieve target.
Request:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
- Experience in the Industrial/Automotive field is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English or Chinese is preferred.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
- Experience in Industrial / Automotive sector would be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English or Chinese would be preferred
Right:
- Income 7,000,000 - 8,000,000 VND (specifically discussed during interview and depending on ability).
- Revenue commission (if target is reached), % of business results.
- 13th month salary, bonus (based on the company's business situation)
