JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing potential clients interested in buying or selling real estate, advising on products, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process. Simultaneously, they build lasting relationships with clients and conduct personal marketing activities to promote products and the brand.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identify, identify, and develop potential customers with a need to buy or sell real estate.
- Provide advice and recommendations on products that suit customer needs, and support customers throughout the transaction process.
- Building, maintaining, and developing sustainable customer relationships.
- Engage in personal marketing activities: post updates, share products, and build your personal brand on various media channels.
- Stay updated on the real estate market, competitors, and development trends to propose appropriate sales strategies.
- Ensure that sales targets are met according to the assigned plan.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUEST:- Graduated from college/university (preferably with a major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing...).
- Experience in business/sales is preferred (candidates with experience in the real estate industry are a plus).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, persistent, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to withstand sales pressure.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are looking for long-term employment.
