JOB DUTIES

3. Establish and develop partnerships with local forwarders and overseas agents to secure competitive rates and high-quality services, enhancing customer options and maximizing profitability.

4. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to address customer requirements and resolve cargo issues.

5. Develop and execute plans to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure stable and regular clients.
