YOUR JOB

Seeking and developing new international B2B markets (USA, EU, Middle East, Asia) through research, trade platforms, exhibitions, and direct outreach. Negotiating with global clients; managing the entire export cycle: finding clients, quoting prices, closing deals, and after-sales service. Building long-term relationships; preparing documentation, pricing strategies, contracts, and export paperwork in accordance with regulations. Coordinating production and logistics for on-time delivery; monitoring the market, competitors, and prices; achieving revenue KPIs.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

Required: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Excellent spoken English. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Proactive, strategic thinking; willing to take responsibility for KPIs.

Plus points: Chinese language skills; experience in B2B or GT sales in FMCG, or logistics & supply chain; knowledge of agricultural products. Experience in the cashew industry is not a problem — qualities and attitude are what we value most.
