1. Summary of job content
· Plan and orient business for staff and personal targets
* Support the company's office administrative work
· Manage personnel records, update employee information.
· Carry out recruitment and onboarding procedures for new employees
· Support in preparing personnel records when requested.
· Participate in organizing internal events and training for employees
· Check and monitor compliance with the Company's rules and regulations at facilities.
· Participate in developing policies and work procedures.
· Conduct periodic reports on personnel and administration
· Participate in other tasks as required by the manager.
2. Job requirements
· College or University graduate majoring in Human Resources Management or related fields.
· Priority is given to those with over 1 year of work experience (those without experience will be trained)
· Have knowledge of sales, customer care, human resources management, or office administration.
* High teamwork skills
· Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Good communication and situation handling skills
· Careful, meticulous, responsible in work
· Proactive, dynamic, willing to learn
