ONLINE BUSINESS STAFF
* General introduction:
Online sales staff seek and take care of customer sources from online channels: fanpage, group association, zalo, website, tiktok, ... maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
* Job description:
+ Research products, analyze and evaluate customer needs;
+ Based on the evaluation results, make an appropriate work implementation plan;
+ Customer care fanpage and other online channels;
+ Search for potential customers on online channels;
+ Search, process relationships, develop: collaborators, online shop, KOC...
+ Coordinate with Marketing Department to implement new promotions and sales programs;
+ Maintain relationships with online partners and customers;
+ Care and use instructions for customers who have purchased products;
+ Prepare reports as required;
* Job requirements:
+ Female from 22-35 years old;
+ Understanding and passionate about mother and baby's products
+ Experience in mother and baby industry is an advantage
+ Ability to grasp work quickly, work under high pressure.
+ Active in work;
+ Good communication skills, persuading customers;
+ Proficient in office software.
* Right:
+ Basic salary: 6,000,000 VND - Income from 8-15 million.
+ Bonus according to % of revenue;
+ Monthly KPIs bonus;
+ 13th month salary;
