    Job Description

    1. Job Description
    • Search and approach customers who need to use furniture products.
    • Searching and developing a customer system through brokers, architects, project investors...
    • Introduce customers to the company and its works.
    • Get input information according to the form template.
    • Quotation for interior design and construction for customers. (Survey the current state of the work, quote, negotiate, close the contract and monitor the progress of the work until acceptance).
    • Processing Acceptance Minutes & Payment Requests sent to customers.
    • The end arises with the customer.
    • Complete the process of handing over the project to the customer.
    • Monitor contract performance. Prepare reports and send to Sales Manager weekly and monthly sales results.
    • Handle arising problems, report to superiors when necessary.
    • Contributing ideas, building a business plan in accordance with the development plan of the company in each specific period.
    • Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
    2. Request
    • Male/Female with good looks is preferred.
    • No experience, training will be provided. Sales experience in this field is an advantage
    • Good communication skills, ability to negotiate work.
    • High planning and organizing skills.
    • Know how to use basic computer software: word, excel.
    • Graduation from a relevant specialized training school: Business, Architecture, ..
