    Job Description

    • Research, collect information about the market, competitors, customer needs and evaluate the results of marketing, customer care and development to propose improvements in building appropriate policies/products/services.
    • Take care of existing customers, propose sales policies, promote contract signing and support debt collection.
    • Attend trade fairs/seminars to introduce Company products, establish and develop future business relationships
    • Update weekly shipping schedules for key customers
    • Consulting and proposing sales policies, sales prices, and after-sales programs
    • Organize customer visits to maintain existing business relationships
    • Collect, synthesize and manage customer information to serve the Company's business operations.
    • Collect, receive, coordinate processing and respond to information about customer contributions, complaints and questions.
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
