    Job Description

    I. Job details
    • Maintain and sell to existing customers, seek and expand new customers.
    • Plan weekly, monthly, and quarterly work and execute according to plan to achieve sales goals.
    • Understand clearly the products the company is distributing, similar products, and competitors' products.
    • Achieve Sales/Coverage targets assigned by the company.
    • Directly implement and urge contract implementation, complying with the company's implementation process.
    • Receive and handle customer complaints: After sales... Follow closely the payment process.
    • And perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

    II. Request
    • Level: College or higher.
    • Majors trained: Business administration, economics,... or related professions.
    • Experience: Not required
    • Proficient in office.
    • Have communication and negotiation skills.
    • Having relationships in the same field is an advantage.
    • Conscious, disciplined and able to work under pressure.

    III. Other benefits and regimes (sales, welfare...)
    • Salary + hard allowances from 7 - 10 million VND/month and income based on sales. The average total is from 15 - 30 million VND/month.
    • Pay social insurance after probationary month.
    • Enjoy full Holiday and New Year bonuses and benefits according to company regulations.
    • Working hours: 8 - 5 p.m. Monday - Saturday.
