- Sales : developing new VNPT-provided IT services such as Internet, MyTV, Vinaphone prepaid, Vinaphone postpaid, developing VNPT Money, MyVNPT, Mobimoney Apps, payment acceptance points, etc.
- Customer care : keep revenue in the assigned area, keep customers from leaving the network, find ways to approach customers who are using services of other carriers, entice to use VNPT's services, resolve complaints Complaints of customers in the assigned area.
- Charge collection: extend payment with existing customers (including collection and update), notify customers about to be due in the month (n + 1), p/h Management staff to urge customers pay outstanding debts in the month.
- Reporting work : according to assigned tasks, titles, and assigned jobs
