Quote, analyze and negotiate prices for customers
Search, consult, introduce to customers who need the Company's Logistics services such as: Air freight, sea freight (LCL & FCL), warehouse services, customs declaration, domestic transportation..., trouble handling (if any)
Operation coordination provides customers with the best service: documents, shipping lines, prices related to shipments.
Plan to develop and maintain customer relationships
Update schedules, shipment progress and answer customer questions.
Close service contracts with customers and generate profits for the company.
Daily report on shipment status
Enter costs and track payment progress of all parties on the system
Other tasks assigned by Manager.
