Job details

Search, conduct consultation and negotiate with customers about the need to import goods from Guangzhou (prices, product specifications, ..), logistics requirements (transportation - receipt, import port. , delivery time, ..) as well as related content (payment method, payment time, ..).
Receive customers' needs, look up, determine HS Code for items at the request of customers;
Regularly exchange and receive customer feedback about the company's services as well as products
Resolve inadequacies in the purchasing process as well as complaints about service quality.
Follow up the order process and promptly notify customers when problems arise;
Support, communicate with other Departments/Departments in arranging and checking the payment, insurance, freight forwarding to ensure the work progress.
