Job Description

Technical business:

Establish relationships and expand potential customers.
Introduce, consult technical features, necessary information, company's service policy, ... related products to customers.
Collect, analyze and synthesize information from customers, from the market, and promptly report to superiors.
Coordinate with the coordination department and superiors to bid for customers
Negotiate, follow up and promote sales and sign contracts with customers.
Coordinate with related parties to solve arising problems and problems related to the content of the contract, debt recovery.
Check, draft, sign, store orders, contracts and send to customers.
Plan and report weekly work to superiors
Coordinating with other departments to perform common tasks of the company

Quality control:

Check the COA, label of the goods before importing, if there are any changes or errors, they will report it to the import-export department and the sales manager.
Check that samples of goods upon arrival meet sensory standards compared with COA and before.
The quality criteria of the product will be checked by the inspection agency. Store test results.
Monthly sensory inspection of the remaining samples in stock.
Drafting documents related to quality standards of products such as published standards applied for import registration.
Conduct sampling together with customers to send for inspection in case of product quality complaints.
Check the implementation of the GMP+ certification process: Import from suppliers, store, transport to customers, process documents, ...
Timely solve problems related to technical / product quality, report to superiors as soon as problems arise.
Follow the instructions of the department head
Support other departments with content related to goods quality and sampling.
