Main job:
- Sales, customer care;
- Maintain and nurture positive relationships with existing customers, and develop new customers;
- Timely record and resolve customer requests, and communicate with relevant departments;
- Update business situation and other related activities periodically and suddenly to the Department Head;
- Monitor and manage customer debt effectively;
- Market and Customer information reports.
Job requirements:
- College degree or higher;
- At least 01 year of experience in GT channel sales, priority given to those with experience in sales in Eastern and Central Highlands provinces;
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, persistent, responsible;
- Ability to communicate and handle situations sensitively;
- Use basic office computer (Word, Excel, Email);
- Travel to provinces as required by work.
Working hours: From Monday to Saturday morning, during office hours, ready to support overtime work (if any);
Working location: Lot III 4-5, CN10 Road, Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.
