Job Description

Job details
- Contact customers online or in person and record all customer information in the customer contact report. Report customer contact content during the day to direct manager (for new customers).
- Introduce to customers the Company's ongoing promotional programs and persuade customers to place orders.
- Create good relationships with customers and promptly respond to consumer feedback questions. Record full information and give feedback to superiors.
- Promotional program management: Propose and/or implement promotional programs properly and promptly
- Capture information about Horeca channel's direct competing suppliers: company name, branch, number of brands, colors, main designs, prices of each revenue supplier, product Sales volume, promotional programs, after-sales, human resource policies.....
- Develop detailed targets for output, key products, monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue
- Exploit orders and make orders according to the allocated order plan to ensure completion of revenue targets, key customer targets, and key product targets.
- Make reports as requested by superiors.

Request:
- From 01 year or more experience as sales staff, sales staff, consultant, etc.
- Work experience related to current job: Experience working in the field of fast-moving consumer goods and frozen foods.
- Good communication, knowledge of the market, restaurant system, wedding party, kitchen, consumer psychology.
- Use basic office software Word, Excel.
- Good persuasion ability, agile.
