Job Description

A. Requirements:

Male/Female, age 23 to 35; good health, able to travel to provinces within the Northern region.
High school, college level or higher
At least 01 year in the position of GT and MT channel sales staff in FMCG and Cosmetics.
Have knowledge and understanding of customers' objects and behaviors according to management area
Have communication skills; Negotiation and persuasion skills; Analytical skills, situation handling and decision making.

B. Job details:

Search and build relationships with potential customers, distributors/agents
Monitor and manage agents and distributors within assigned scope to build and maintain good relationships with customers, receive customer feedback on product quality, delivery status, and the Company's sales support programs.
Monitor inventory quantity at distributors to come up with effective handling methods and make appropriate adjustments to avoid shortages or overstocking of goods at distributors.
Closely monitor order status, coordinate with operations, warehouse & delivery departments to do necessary work to successfully deliver goods to each distributor.
Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department in collecting debts, and only complete the responsibility when the customer has completed payment.
Participate in training at the Company's office and train distributors on skills, products, and company services at agents and points of sale.
Directly implement and supervise product display areas on counters and shelves at points of sale. Ensure compliance with the company's display standards as required and ensure aesthetics, sophistication and effectiveness in product display.
Market situation report: weekly, monthly report, timely and accurate update of market situation and competitors

C. Benefits:

Total income 12,000,000 - 17,000,000 VND/month (Including: Basic salary from 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 VND + Sales Bonus).

D. Working time and place:

Working time: Meeting and reporting at the office every Monday, proactively planning and going to the market on the remaining days.
Working location: Hanoi and neighboring provinces such as: Lai Chau, Yen Bai, Quang Ninh, Ha Giang, Hai Phong, Bac Giang, Thanh Hoa)
