    Job Description

    • Searching for customers & orders on international B2B platforms (Alibaba, Globalsource, ...)
    • Manage and be responsible for sales targets, customers, booth quotas and other targets on the sales channel.
    • Taking care of, negotiating and closing deals with customers
    • Combine with Marketing, Product, Design to build "Lead" running plans, evaluate and improve the quality of "Leads" to close the deal.
    • Company representative works with Agency partners: Logistics, export costs, etc. to ensure the best quotation for customers.
    • Research industry related topics: Keyword, SEO Tool, ..
    • Take care, manage, change product images, post articles, etc. on the booth to ensure that the product images are always honest and up-to-date.
    • Collaborate with Product Team to develop and improve new products, and control production schedules, ensuring goods are delivered to customers on time.
    Job requirements:
    • University
    • Online business
    • Experience in B2B
    • Experience in bamboo and rattan industry is an advantage
    • Good communication skills in English (as a minimum requirement)
    • Handling skills, using online tools is an advantage.
    • Other skills in work management
    • Knowledge of online sales, experience on e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
    • Data analysis skills
    • Negotiate with customers, close the deal
    • Experience in building a customer data system, making an implementation plan
