    Job Description

    • Contact customers by phone to remind them of due loan payments.
    • Collect information about customer payment status and update into the system.
    • Conduct negotiations with customers to find suitable payment solutions.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
    • Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

    Work location:

    • Head office in Ho Chi Minh City: 5th & 7th Floor, Block E, Cong Hoa Garden Building, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

    Candidate requirements

    • Graduated from high school
    • Experience in Customer Service, Financial Sales/Telesales, Credit Collection > 3 Months
    • Good communication and situation handling skills;
    • Communication skills, talking on the phone, synthesizing/processing/conveying information;
    • Good pressure resistance.
    • Honest, have professional ethics.
