Your job is:
- Receive training and in-depth research on the Company's products (foam ceiling panels; panel walls; panel doors; rolling doors; corrugated tiles and accessories...).
- Receive, support and develop the market with available customer data (agents + distributors).
- Advise customers on product information: Product categories; price; discount; payment and delivery conditions; after-sales support...).
- Coordinate with departments to complete and implement orders (accounting department; manufacturing plant; logistics...)
- Coordinate with the accounting department to issue invoices and collect contract debts.
- Proactively care for, support and maintain contact with customers.
- Collect market information (products; prices; services; warranties of competitors).
- Prepare reports and propose business plans to Department Heads to promote sales.
- Monitor and report revenue to Department Head.
