1. Import & Warehouse Management:
- Track inventory of bricks to ensure there is always enough stock to meet wholesale orders.
- Check the quality of bricks when entering the warehouse to avoid defective or broken goods.
- Plan to import goods from suppliers according to market demand.
2. Consulting & Wholesale:
- Approach and expand the network of agents and construction material stores to distribute ceramic tiles.
- Product consulting suitable to the needs of wholesale customers.
- Quote, negotiate prices and discount policies with customers.
3. Order Processing & Delivery:
- Receive orders from wholesale customers, check quantities and plan delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and drivers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Control debt, collect payment from customers on time.
4. Customer care & Market development:
- Maintain relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring they continue to import regularly.
- Find new customers, expand distribution market.
- Update ceramic tile trends and new designs to advise customers.
This job requires business acumen, good communication and negotiation skills, and careful management of orders and accounts receivable.
