• Tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng có nhu cầu vận chuyển hàng hóa. Khách hàng là các đơn vị bán buôn, chủ cửa hàng, chủ doanh nghiệp quy mô vừa và nhỏ ở Việt Nam (Bán online hoặc Cửa hàng).
• Tiếp cận, tư vấn, giới thiệu dịch vụ của công ty cho khách hàng tiềm năng. Giúp khách hàng hiểu được dịch vụ của công ty.
• Hướng dẫn khách hàng tạo tài khoản trên hệ thống đặt hàng của công ty, và giúp khách nắm rõ quy trình tạo vận đơn, lấy hàng, giao hàng và quy trình thanh toán tiền thu hộ.
• Thường xuyên theo dõi hệ thống để cập nhật tình trạng vận chuyển cho các khách hàng, đồng thời hỗ trợ tương tác để đảm bảo thời gian vận chuyển và thúc đẩy khách hàng lên đơn.
• Thường xuyên liên hệ, tìm hiểu nhu cầu và thiết lập quan hệ với khách hàng sau bán hàng.
• Làm đầu mối tiếp nhận thông tin, các yêu cầu từ phía khách hàng và phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh.
Thời gian làm việc: 8h30 đến 17h30, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (thứ 7 & CN nghỉ)

Lưu ý: Nhân viên sẽ ký hợp đồng thời vụ 3 tháng với một công ty outsourcing. Sau 3 tháng, nếu bạn thể hiện được năng lực sẽ trở thành nhân viên chính thức ký hợp đồng với DHL.
