I/ Job responsibilities
1. Target customers: Consumer retail chain industries: Mother and baby; phones, electronics, technology; pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fashion, e-commerce, FMCG,...)
2. Main tasks
- Search and develop customers who need to use Warehouse services.
- Consulting and introducing Viettel Post's Logistics services (storage, inventory management, packaging, transportation...) suitable to customers' needs
- Build quotes, propose solutions and negotiate contracts with customers, responsible for assigned revenue results.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (operations, infrastructure,) to deploy services for new customers.
- Care, maintain relationships and revenue with customers.
- Manage customer data, collect overdue debts.
- Conduct business related reports
- Research the market, competitors, propose improvements to products, policies and service processes.
- Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
II/ Requirements
- Graduated from regular university/college.
- Minimum 02 years of working experience in a similar position, priority given to experience in the following industries: Mother & baby; phones, electronics, technology; pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fashion, e-commerce, FMCG or related to warehousing/logistics.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good pressure resistance
III/ Job information
- Fixed salary: 8,000,000
- Income 15 - 30M: Fixed salary + New customer development salary (rewarded based on % of revenue)
