Job Description

Searching for agent customers in the assigned area;

● Get information about products offered by the Company to agents;

● Receive request for quotation, order information and forward it to Sales Admin department

price;

● Interact, update information continuously for Sales admin and customers to implement

correct order requirements;

● Negotiate with customers on payment, price, order closing and delivery issues;

● Transfer the order closing information to the Sale Admin department to make the delivery note;

● Closely monitor the status of order fulfillment for timely and effective solutions

● Connecting information of departments to achieve the highest working efficiency;

● Responsible for debt collection, debt reconciliation, debt collection and return goods;
