- Searching for new customers, taking care of old customers to ensure sales development goals.
- Contact and expand the customer network for the company.
- Send quotes, negotiate prices and carry out procedures to sign contracts.
- Support customers after closing the contract, monitor the progress of orders to ensure timely reflection and handling of arising problems for customers, participate in solving customer complaints about service quality.
- Develop sales according to the company's monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
