WORK CONTENT
1. Business
- Sales, responsible for assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets;
2. Market development
- Exploit and develop customers according to assigned market segments;
- Update relevant information about the tourism market;
- Participate in Networking Events or Tourism Fairs at home and abroad to find potential customers;
- Search and attract new potential customers, create a database, and maintain good relationships with the company's existing customers.
3. Customer care
- Thoroughly analyze, handle and resolve all customer inquiries and complaints;
- Get opinions and feedback from guests after using hotel services;
- Provide relevant departments to review and learn from experience in necessary cases.
4. Contract
- Negotiate and sign contracts to sell the company's products and services;
- Coordinate with relevant parties to make contracts, monitor the entire contract process (from the time the contract is sent, signed, sealed, returned, transferred to the accountant for storage);
- Support Accounting to collect debts from customers.
5. Report
- Implement weekly/monthly reports and business plans for Leaders;
- Perform quarterly account analysis reports.
6. Other jobs
- Coordinate work with other units;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

2. Job Requirements
- Qualification: Graduated from college or higher in economics, specializing in economics such as Business Administration, Marketing, Restaurant-Hotel Management, English language.
- Minimum 1 year of experience doing business in hotels/resorts

+ Full welfare regime according to legal regulations.
+ Salary: From 6,500,000 VND - 8,500,000 VND

- Live or permanently reside in Binh Thuan province
- Experience in the tourism and service industry.
