- Develop and organize the implementation of business plans: search, approach, support and introduce services to customers, have data
(new construction, repair, renovation, interior design - construction of houses, offices, villas, apartments...)
- Consulting and supporting customers to answer questions about prices, trends, and uses
- Taking care of potential customers
- Negotiate and sign contracts with customers.
- Coordinate with other related departments to complete the job
Candidate requirements : Male/Female, 18 years of age or older.
Have at least 6 months experience in the Sales field. Priority is given to candidates with high achievements, or who have worked for a company in a similar field.
Good computer skills, proficient in office tools.
Good communication and negotiation skills, quick in problem solving.
Careful, patient, high sense of responsibility and proactive in work
Right:
- Income from 8 - 30 million (Basic salary 5,400,000 VND + % of sales (from 5%-10%) + Bonus)
- Hot bonus if there is a breakthrough in sales.
