    Job Description

    Job description:
    • Contact and review customer needs from the data file provided by the company => advise agricultural solutions for customers.
    • Analyze, evaluate, and recommend suitable products (of the company) for customers' crops.
    • Negotiate, negotiate and answer customers' questions about crop issues or company products (Uses, usage routes, quantity and price,...)
    • Always ensure to provide the best consulting service to customers.
    • Build, develop and maintain relationships with customers, best meet customer needs and promptly handle customer complaints.
    • Coordinate with other teams and departments to achieve business goals and plans.
    • Report periodically to upper management.
    Request:
    • Graduated: University, College or higher in a major related to agriculture or business or economics
    • Experience:
      - Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of the agricultural field or previous experience in business, customer care, consulting, etc.
      - Good communication skills, teamwork skills, bargaining and negotiation skills
      - Computer skills: Work, basic Excel
      - Careful, honest, sociable, willing to learn, flexible in solving tasks, resistant to high work pressure, and passionate about the agricultural field...
    Right:
    • Maximize personal capacity, consider salary increase after 6 months if high work performance is achieved;

    Other information:
    • Income: LCB 6 Million + % Commission
    • Probation period: 2 months (85% of official salary)
    • Working hours: 6 days a week, 1 day off a week
      4 days Shift 1: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
      2 days Shift 2: 12:30 - 9:30 p.m
      Lunch break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
      Afternoon break: 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m
