- Search for new customers, expand customer sources through channels: online marketing (Facebook, Zalo, Google,...), posting news, phone sales,....
- Trained in customer search skills.
- Introduce and consult the Company's products and services to customers: apartment products, townhouses, shop houses, commercial apartments.
- Consulting, negotiating, bargaining, closing sales.
- Support customers during the contract signing process, customer care before and after sales.
- Update real estate market information, quickly grasp customer needs.
- Participate in product training sessions, learn and share experiences within the sales team.
- Report business situation directly to Sales Manager.
