    Job Description

    Job Description:

    Learn and research about the company's products to introduce, advise and answer questions for customers.
    Introduce, advise on real estate financial solutions and persuade customers to invest in the company's projects.
    Negotiate with customers about prices and contracts, close deals and assist customers in signing contracts.
    Find customers through guided channels and provide data.
    Research business campaigns, build teams to have the opportunity to advance to higher positions.
    Participate in training sessions, market visits, and competitor research under the guidance of the team, group, and Company leadership.
    All professional skills, project knowledge, soft skills, etc. will be trained and guided by the Sales Manager/Director until sales are achieved.

    Candidate requirements:

    You want breakthrough income opportunities.
    Means of work and transportation: Motorbike, phone, laptop.
    No gender requirement, age 19 or older.
    No real estate experience required, training and guidance from the beginning.
    Candidates with real estate experience will be developed into team leader and sales manager positions.

    Benefits:

    Fixed salary + Commission + bonus from Investor + Company bonus (Income from 100 - 500 million/transaction).
    No sales targets in the first months, trained, mentored and developed together.
    Marketing cost support 50% - 100%.
    Full social insurance payment, participation in bonding programs, annual Teambuilding, birthday bonuses, holiday bonuses, etc.
    Probationary period 85% of fixed salary. From 1-2 months.
    Hanoi area only – Allowance 1,000,000

    Working hours: 8:00-17:30, closed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday
