Job Description

Searching, offering products of the Company to customers (B2B) in all fields when customers need to use products for the purpose of making packaging, making tools, tools in the production process, do promotional items,…
Works in an assigned area or product group.
Maintain & exploit relationships with existing customer groups assigned, offer existing products of the Company or develop new products according to customers' requirements.
Make a sales plan for the product group in charge
Take care, solve, support to process orders and requests of customers.
Ensure tracking of payment progress; Receiving & Handling Customer Complaints
Manage and store information and documents related to customers (quotations, contracts, official dispatches,
Report on sales activities in the month and action plan for the next month. Unscheduled report on the activities of the assigned Product Group.
Build & show team spirit, good coordination among the members of the Company to establish the best and most effective service plan for the Company.
Check, monitor and update the progress of the customer in charge. Set up, build and manage customer lists.
Investigate and update competitor and market information on a regular basis (prices, policies, new products, substitute products,...).
Learn and stay up-to-date on new technology.
Coordinating with other departments
Perform other duties as requested by the immediate superior.
