    Job Description

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive data from the Marketing department, carry out business implementation, and consult on closing online orders;
    • Consulting, understanding customer needs to provide appropriate solutions;
    • Persuade customers to use the company's products;
    • Close customer orders based on provided data;
    • Resolve problems arising during product use;
    • Regularly update knowledge about the company's products;
    • Grasp market trends, information about competitors;
    • Take care of assigned customer files;
    • Perform tasks as required by superiors.
