1. Job description:
- Search and build relationships with potential customers.
- Consulting and introducing insurance products suitable to customers' needs and conditions.
- Make personal business plans, ensure to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Customer care, answer questions and support when customers need it.
- Update information on insurance products, markets and company policies.
- Participate in company training sessions and activities to improve professional skills and knowledge.
2. Requirements:
- Male/Female, age 23 - 40. 1 year of experience or more.
- Graduated from College/University at least in all majors.
- Experience in sales, finance, insurance, customer service or related industries is an advantage.
- Have good communication, persuasion and relationship building skills.
- Passionate about business, hard working.
- Responsible and positive attitude.
- Good looks are an advantage.
