DIRECT SALES STAFF – VINH BRANCH

Job Description

Delivery to supermarkets, agencies, grocery stores, schools (using company vehicles)
Sales promotion program activities...
New customer acquisition, customer care
Sales management, sales revenue collection
Participate in activities and promote products in the management area.

Request

Ability to work in a team,
High school graduate or higher.
Born in 1990 or later
Healthy, active, energetic person. Good communication.
Have a motorcycle license.
Active with outside activities.

Probationary period : 1 month

Salary

Total income when signing labor contract : VND/month

In there:

Fixed salary (Basic salary + allowance): VND/month.
Sales/target bonus: can reach up to 3,400,000/month.

※The above income includes social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance premiums which will be deducted by the company from the employee's salary according to the law (equivalent to 10.5% of salary for social insurance contribution).

※Salary during probation period: 100% of salary after deducting the above insurances.

Welfare regime:

Annual salary increase.
Bonus: 2 times/year.
Seniority bonus: 4 years, 8 years, 12 years.
Annual vacation tour.
Annual leave: 12 days off/year and increased according to seniority.
Annual health check-up.
Buy occupational accident insurance for employees.
Provide full labor protection equipment in accordance with legal regulations.

Working conditions:

Working hours: Morning: 08:00 ~ 11:45 – Afternoon: 13:15 ~ 17:30 (1.5 hour lunch break).
Off on Sundays and any 2 days per month.
