- Main tasks:
- Search and develop new customers: Actively search for potential customers and introduce products (Trendbox application).
- Current customer care: Maintain good relationships with old customers, resolve arising problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Business planning: Develop monthly/quarterly business strategies and plans, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and KPIs.
- Consulting and guiding on application usage processes, application testing...
- Update market information: Monitor and analyze market demand, industry trends and competitors to develop appropriate business strategies.
- Work results report: Periodically report on work progress, revenue situation and new business opportunities to superiors.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1 year or more of experience in business, sales or customer service. Priority is given to candidates with experience in technology, software or enterprise solutions.
- Communication skills: Good communication skills, confident in consulting and persuading customers.
- Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate and bargain effectively with customers.
- Independent and team working spirit: Able to work independently, proactively at work, but also able to work effectively in a team.
- Market knowledge: Understanding of technology products and market trends is an advantage.
- Personality: Dynamic, hard-working, able to work under pressure and always result-oriented.

- Basic salary: Basic salary: 7,200,000 VND/month + KPI sales bonus up to over 15 million VND
