JOB DETAILS

Consulting via phone/page/zalo with customers on training programs for business owners and accommodation and sightseeing services;
Customer care before, during and after use;
Consulting on information, course closing, accommodation services and tour experiences;
Make quotes, answer questions and support customers in the process of finding information;
Build relationships with customers, especially business owners;
Make daily work reports and plans;
Attend weekly meetings and training under the direction of the department head.
