Job Description
• Provide and consult full and accurate product information to meet customer needs according to available data provided by the company.
• Customer care, order processing, debt collection.
• Collect and analyze information on market and customer trends and needs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to propose solutions to customer requests and after-sales services.
• Propose plans to expand and develop new product markets.
• Have at least 9 months of experience in a similar position. Priority is given to those with experience in cosmetics-related industries.
• Have communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
• Have skills to handle situations and customer complaints.
• Confident, dynamic, passionate about business
• Willing to travel when required
• Fixed salary from 6 million (negotiable based on ability), income from 15 million, unlimited based on candidate's ability
