    Job Description

    Location overview:

    We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join the Plusbase team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth. The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and a passion for providing high quality service to customers.

    About Plusbase: PlusBase is a platform designed to help cross border e-commerce businesses scale efficiently. The platform offers features such as a marketing app store for online stores, with the potential to increase revenue by up to 200%, and an automated payment gateway that simplifies the checkout process without the need for complicated registrations with international payment gateways.

    Job:

    • Support, support customers using the service
    • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
    • Coordinate with relevant teams to handle work
    • Search for potential customers, develop and build personal image in customer community

    Request:

    • Experience: worked in consulting and customer care
    • Good communication skills, quick, good thinking
    • Good customer handling and negotiation skills
    • Easy to listen voice, no regional accent.
    • Priority given to bright appearance; have knowledge and experience in Ecommerce: Dropship, POD
    • Passionate and love consulting and business work.
    • Passionate, persistent

    Interest

    Fixed salary: 7,000,000 - 8,500,000 VND/month + Commission income up to 20-30 million/month

    • 13th month salary
    • Performance bonus based on business results
    • 24 remote work days per year
    • 12 days paid annual leave
    • Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday;
    • Other benefits according to company regulations
