Job Details
● Learn and research about the company's products to introduce, advise and answer questions
● for customers. Search and develop a system of potential customers for the business
● Negotiate with customers about prices and contracts, close deals and assist customers in signing contracts
● After-sales customer care, maintain relationships with current customers
● Search for new customers, build data, develop customer relationships
● Grasp market trends, follow social networking sites, websites,... to understand customer insights, collect feedback from customers
● Coordinate with other departments and company partners to plan and develop market strategies
● Participate fully in professional training sessions, services, products, ensuring a thorough understanding of professional knowledge, promotional programs and company services
● Prepare detailed daily work reports.
