Job Description:

Go to Timeline to post, prepare detailed content and images
Consulting, calling to close orders and tracking the shipping process.
Handling complaints and providing customer care before and after purchase.
Prepare products from warehouse + stores for shipping within the city.
Prepare products borrowed from the warehouse (or store), related tools and equipment, and set up a Livestream room.
Double check all messages on the company's commercial pages
Add/replace out-of-stock product images on the website. Update sale albums according to the program (if any)
Make suggestions, contribute ideas, research and analyze customer needs.
Use seeding software, actively share articles on related pages

Candidate requirements:

Age 22 and above
Priority is given to candidates with experience in online customer service/sales.
Know how to run Ads FB, Google, ... (plus points)
Proficient in office computer skills.
Good situation handling, sensitive and flexible.
Easy to listen voice, confident communication.
Teamwork, coordination with colleagues/managers.
Receptive, listening, eager to learn
Able to work under pressure and be patient.

Interest:

Income from 9,000,000 - 18,000,000 (Including fixed salary from 7,000,000 to 9,000,000 + Commission + Target completion bonus + Revenue bonus....)
Commission up to more than 10 million/month (Especially on holidays/Tet)
Trained and mentored in the Service and F&B industry
Closed on holidays, funerals and weddings.
Bonuses for birthdays, holidays, special occasions March 8, October 20, ...
Salary increase and promotion opportunities within the company every 3 - 6 months
