Job Description:
Search for customer information through various channels to build a system of potential customers.
Proactively contact potential customers on the auto-search list or from the company's data system to introduce products, services, and promotional programs through chat tools, email, etc.
Consulting, negotiating, persuading customers about using the company's products and services.
Customer information management and customer care.
Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships based on focusing on customer needs, wants and closing deals.
Perform other duties as required by management.

Request
Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Graduated from college majoring in economics, and majors related to construction, architecture, interior design, etc.
Communication, analytical, negotiation and decision making skills.
Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships based on focusing on customer needs, wants and closing deals.
Customer care and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and in groups, withstand work pressure.
Proficient in office software.
