Job description:
- Sales team handles:
o Search on the Internet – market SWOT analysis
o Make a quote.
o Prepare PowerPoint - Remind invoice issuance deadline - Check itineraries, services, routes. - Understand European tourism to plan programs and make quotes.
- Track quotes, edit and finalize groups with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and needs together with the OPE team to maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Develop and update potential customer lists.
- More details will be discussed during the interview.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Priority is given to tourism management, marketing or related majors.
- Ability to work in an international environment, good communication skills in English; customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset; will to learn; High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Knowledge about European tourism.
- Handle assigned problems or unexpected tasks.
- 2 years experience in equivalent position. - Good conversational English. - Use Microsoft Office well.
Salary and benefits:
- A wage agreement. Salary increase based on ability, 13th month bonus.
- Available Monday through Friday, however we expect your flexibility for some irregular working hours and overtime due to the nature of the job function and business requirements.
